Stabilization splints, like NTI -TSS (Tension Suppression System), FDA approved device that prevents medically diagnosed migraine pain, tension headache and jaw disorders (TMJ), without drugs or surgery, through the reduction of neuro-muscular activity. It is a prefabricated  device that we custom fit to the patient's front teeth. NTI device snaps into place and fits comfortably on either the upper or lower front teeth. It is worn during sleep and prevents the muscular parafunction. Clinical trials show 82 % reduction in migraine episodes within first eight weeks of use. It can also be worn during the day, while driving or at home to prevent clenching associated headaches.
