Dental Crowns

Crowns are commonly used for both restorative and cosmetic dentistry. They are designed to cover the entire tooth in the event that it is discolored, chipped or otherwise traumatized. They are also commonly used to help rebuild teeth that have suffered decay, breaks or any other issue that causes a tooth to loose strength. If you suffer from a broken tooth or cracked tooth, then crown can help restore your mouth to its normal function.

A crown is designed to cover the entire tooth from the gum line up, and is cemented onto your natural tooth to provide a new surface. They are fashioned from a variety of materials like  porcelain which makes them durable and strong, gold or ceramo-metal, which is a combination of the above.
