Dental Implants

Implants are titanium screws in the shape of a post that are surgically placed into the jawbone. Titanium, is a metal that is biocompatible with human bone. A replacement tooth can then be fixed to the post as required (either permanently or removable). Dental implants are safe and predictable with success rates varying from 98 to 95 %. They are by far the best permanent alternative for missing a single tooth .
